The help desk is the core of rave7. Our integrated help desk screen has all you'll need to manage your cases. The functionality is vast, and the form fields are 100% customizable right down to the database level. The case type fields allows you to create/use completely different forms based on the case type.
Emails can be sent to your customer, with links back to the case, files can be attached to cases, and our audit trail feature logs each new activity on the case. The top menu provides access to all cases in the help desk. Case alerts, transfer and call groups, work-flows are provided to provide superior case management.

New Help Desk Screen Editor
Version 7 has a new interactive Help Desk screen editor that allows you to edit the Help Desk screen in an easy to use form design tools. rave7 allows you to create any number of Help Desk screens to accommodate for the various processes that you may have. You can also assign any Help Desk screen directly to a service representative so each one can use a different screen if required.
