Salesforce Automation
rave7 is not only a CMS. It has sales force automation options
that will allow your sales staff to create new leads, follow-up with
leads, and convert them to customers. It allows you to enter sales
activity like when last a lead was called, or when last a message was
left, and allows you to search all contact activity for keywords.
You can also email your leads directly from the interface. All emails
are saved in the history so you have a complete record of what has been
sent to your leads.
Emails templates can be created and emailed to leads to avoid having to type common correspondence over and over again.
Create Orders
You can create quotations and invoices, and manage them all on-line.
Invoice can even be emailed to a customer, and the customer can also
login and view their orders on-line.
